What The Day Looks Like
Throughout the day, I’ll be completing a full model transformation from start to finish, sharing my approach to consultation, placement, formulation, application, toning, styling and creating that effortlessly lived-in finish.
You’ll be able to watch, learn, ask questions and see exactly how I approach each stage of the appointment in a relaxed, intimate setting.

Meet Your Educator
I'm LAURA, the founder of Aura The Salon in Birmingham, and I've spent over 16 years building my name around one thing: soft, effortless, lived-in colour. I'm Redken's 2025 Blonding Gloss Boss winner, and blonding is where I'm most at home.
After years learning from some of the best in the industry, I started running my own education days, passing on the techniques and shortcuts that took me years to work out. I built this workshop to be the day I wish I'd had earlier in my career. Small enough that you get my full attention - enough that it sticks.
